Refund policy
Exchanges or credits are accepted on regular priced products only. Exchanges and credits do not apply to sale products. We do not provide any refunds. Our policy is effective 30 days from the date of purchase shown on your invoice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.

Exchange
- The exchange will only be applicable on the same product.
- The product must be intact and not have been worn or washed.
- The product label must not have been worn or washed.
- All parts of the product must be intact and present when returned.
- In the event that there is a price difference, the customer must assume this difference.
- A copy of the invoice must be provided during any product exchange in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof.

Credit
- The credit will only be applicable on a defective or damaged product.
- The product must be intact and not have been used.
- The product label must not have been removed.
- The product must not have been worn or washed.
- All parts of the product must be intact and present when returned.
- A copy of the invoice must be provided during any product credit in order to prove your purchase and the date thereof.

Credit will be applied 72 hours after receipt of the product.
Procedure
In the case of an exchange or credit, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest you consider using a delivery service that will allow you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
